• We do not accept returns for items that:

  • Are missing tags or original packaging.
  • Affect secondary sales due to personal use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos showing the issue. Wait for our customer service team to provide return instructions before sending anything back.

4. Ship your item to the provided address, keeping proof of shipment.
5. Refund issued after inspection and approval of the returned product.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility:
  If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong size, dislike, or style preference), the customer covers the return shipping cost.
• Our Responsibility:
  If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, SantaMiracle will cover the return shipping.

Note: Once paid, customer-covered shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and verify your returned item.
• Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

• Do not return items to the original shipping address.
